About GEM

GEM Roofing and Waterproofing Corporation was created in 1973 by a family who ensures quality and care into every project. GEM Roofing has completed projects in both New Jersey and the state of New York. We are a union certified WBE firm located in Union City, NJ. We have been in the roofing and sheet metal business since 1973, but our experience dates back to before 1940 when our founder's father entered the business. GEM Roofing and Waterproofing Corp. is only commercial roofing and strictly all union.  We are a full service company able to handle projects of any size.
